Work in Berlin – The new way to find a job in Berlin.

Most job websites work the same way: they offer individual jobs with individual companies. One application = one job.

Work in Berlin is different.

We work with a range of companies in Berlin looking for people. So by leaving your details with us, you get the chance to apply for several jobs at once. Most Work in Berlin partner companies are innovative start-ups or operate in the internet sector. Despite the fact that each company is unique, they all have one thing in common: they’re growing rapidly and are looking to hire people who fit their strong company cultures. And since a lot of them have a pretty international team, don’t worry if your German isn’t great – at most companies you’ll be fine with English, and some of them even look for native speakers of other languages.

This is how it works:

  1. You send us your CV and tell us which job profile(s) you’re interested in.
  2. To get a clearer picture, we’ll get in contact with you to talk about your expectations and the skills and experience you can offer.
  3. We then pass on your application to our partner companies who are looking to fill exactly the job you want. At this stage, we do not yet disclose your name and contact details to them.
  4. Next, we will tell you which companies are interested in meeting you.
  5. We give your contact details to all those companies that you are also interested in meeting.
  6. The partner companies contact you and invite you to an interview.

And there’s so much more to discover!

Besides helping you find your dream job, we also want to tell you everything you need to know to make the most of Berlin. We’ll tell you how to get set up in this crazy, fabulous town – and what to do with your spare time once you’ve moved into your new life in Berlin.
We’ll explain the administrative particularities of Berlin and Germany, from registration to health insurance. We’ll tell you how much of your salary you actually take home after taxes and social security. And there’s even a list of language schools in case you want to improve your German language skills.
Both Germans and foreigners alike fall in love with Berlin – there’s something about the parks, history and chaotic clash of cultures that makes this city irresistible. Berlin is unique, exciting and surprisingly affordable to live in.
When are you coming?
