Call Center Agent Inbound (m/f)

Introduction

Call centre agents are the voice of a company – or a range of companies. Inbound call centre agents answer phone calls and deal with the various needs of those calling.
This job can usually be done either full-time or part-time. Depending on the company, possible working hours are either typical 9 to 5 or around the clock on both weekdays and weekends. It is well-suited for people starting or re-starting their career – for instance, upon arrival in a new country.
