Telesales / call centre agent – B2B (m/f)

Introduction

Telesales agents are the backbone of a company’s sales force. They call potential clients and sell them the company’s products. B2B Telesales agents exclusively target professional or corporate clients. This job can usually be done either full-time or part-time. Typical working hours are standard office hours, i.e. 9 to 5.

Typical roles

  • call prospective clients to sell a B2B product
  • find out the prospective client’s needs and potential
  • maintain phone contact with prospective clients
  • produce and send out offers
  • follow up with prospective clients and help them along their decision-making process
  • document prospective clients and the conversations with them in a CRM system
