Key responsibilities

  • You manage a team of 10+ people, taking responsibility for their fostering, professional development and training
  • You conduct performance reviews, manage vacation and shift schedules and ensure an effective workflow
  • Together with sales management you set ambitious goals and support your employees to reach them.
  • You check compliance of processes, KPIs and quality standards.
  • You serve as a role model, provide service to important customers and cooperation partners and mediate in case of escalation.
  • Other departments find a competent contact person in you.

Your qualification

  • You have a native level command of French and are fluent in English
  • You have at least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Goal-oriented leadership behaviour
  • You have a talent for listening, communicating and managing difficult conversations.
  • You master team discussions naturally.
  • Your time management is excellent, you also have a great deal of organisational talent and decision-making capacity.
  • You are not afraid of changes but face them in a positive way maintaining a high degree of motivation.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with process optimization systems and basic technological knowledge for solving computer and Internet problems are a plus.
